Troubleshooting acc CLI for Adobe Campaign

Any issue with acc CLI when connecting to or downloading from an Adobe Campaign Instance? Find below the common errors and how to fix.

Common errors

At install

• Check node installation with node --version.
  • Not installed? Follow the NodeJS Microsoft tutorial to install in on Windows
• Check npm installation with npm --version.
  • Not installed? Follow the previous instructions that installs both node and npm
• Check acc installation with acc.
  • Not installed? Re-run the installation with npm --loglevel verbose install -g campaign-cli

At login

At download

See acc instance * error codes, and the errors of exec, queryDef, soap and info, watch and acc monitor.

All errors are displayed with the format:

[acc:ERROR_CODE] ERROR_MESSAGE

Errors that mention the SOAP traces refer to the acc.log file, see Logs. Set AIO_LOG_LEVEL=debug to also see the queryDefs in the console.
